UniCamillus Dentistry 2026/27: the last call (90 places), the test and the fees

UniCamillus teaches Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics (LM-46), a six-year degree in Italian, in Rome and, since this year, at Venice Mestre. A last call for a 2026/27 place is open now for Italian, EU and equivalent candidates: Rector's Decree No. 641 of 5 October 2026 offers the 90 places the earlier rounds left. The test is the same as Medicine's, in Italian, but on a different day. This page sets out the call, the test and what the course costs, as UniCamillus's own documents give them.

The call open now: RD 641

RD 641 is the last 2026/27 call for Dentistry for Italian, EU and equivalent candidates (citizens of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, San Marino and the Holy See count as EU, as do the categories of Article 26 of Law 189/2002). Its places are what the year's earlier calls left: three in Rome and one at Venice Mestre.

The €180 fee is not refunded, even if you do not sit the test. Medicine's November round (RD 639 in English, RD 640 in Italian) has the same deadline, with its test on Thursday 19 November.

Rome or Venice Mestre: choosing your campus

When you register you choose a first campus and may add the other as a second choice. You are ranked only for the campuses you chose. If you are admitted to your first choice, your second lapses and you cannot ask to move. If your rank only reaches your second choice, you can ask, when you enrol, to move to your first should a place free up there; the request cannot be withdrawn.

In Venice, teaching is at UniCamillus's Mestre site, Piazzale San Lorenzo Giustiniani 11. The course there received ANVUR's favourable opinion on 31 July 2026 and was accredited by Ministerial Decree No. 1223 of 15 September 2026.

The test: the same as Medicine's, in Italian

Article 4 of RD 641 sets the same paper as the Medicine calls: 60 five-option questions in Italian, in 60 minutes, sat at home with remote proctoring run by Selexi.

  • +1.5 for a correct answer, −0.25 for a wrong one, 0 for a blank; maximum 90.
  • From 9 points (10% of 90) you are eligible; below that you cannot enrol, even through sliding rounds.
  • Ties go to the better humanitarian score, then to the younger candidate.
  • Fewer than 9 of 15 correct in Biology, Chemistry or Physics does not cost a place: you are admitted with an additional learning obligation (OFA) in that subject.

On top, every year: the regional right-to-study tax (€140 in 2025/26) and €16 stamp duty. Six years at 2026/27 rates come to €106,000 in tuition.

Questions

Is the UniCamillus Dentistry test the same as Medicine's?

The paper is: RD 641 sets the same 60 questions in 60 minutes, the same sections, scoring and minimum, and an Annex A that matches Medicine's word for word. It is a separate call with its own ranking, and in November 2026 its test is on 20 November, the day after Medicine's.

Is Dentistry at UniCamillus taught in English?

No. Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics is taught in Italian, in Rome and at Venice Mestre, and its test is in Italian. UniCamillus's English-taught course is Medicine and Surgery, in Rome.

Can I apply for both Medicine and Dentistry?

They are separate calls, each with its own registration and €180 fee, and in the November 2026 round their tests are on different days (19 and 20 November). On enrolling in two degrees at once, RD 641 refers to Law No. 33 of 12 April 2022 and its implementing decrees.

Can non-EU candidates apply to Dentistry now?

Not from abroad: RD 641 is for Italian, EU and equivalent candidates, and on 29 October 2026 UniCamillus listed no open non-EU call.
