Choosing and buying
That university's Complete Admissions System, for 12 months:
- the study guide written for its exam
- the exam simulator, with its own question bank and full mocks
- Jade, the AI tutor
- flashcards made from your mistakes
- the video course, if the exam can be sat in English
- interview practice, if the university interviews
- the MedApply workspace for its application
It covers that university only. Each university's page lists exactly what its purchase includes.
See every priceEach university is one payment, from €199 to €299 depending on the university, for 12 months of access. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, no card is kept on file and there is nothing to cancel.
Prices by universityYes. Put them in one order and every university in it is discounted. Add them at checkout, or start from a country page that compares its schools. Each one is still its own Complete Admissions System for that university only: no purchase covers every university.
How the bundle discount worksYes. The live demo runs the real app on sample questions: the dashboard, the simulator, Review, Study Path, flashcards, an interview station, MedApply, a sample guide chapter and a minute of a video lesson. MedChance, MedMatch, the exam guides and the admissions calendar are free as well.
Open the demo52 medical schools in 14 countries, each with its own guide, simulator and price. The guides page lists them all, with each one's exam and the language of its materials.

Study guide
Online, in your IvyTest account, on a phone, tablet or computer. It opens where you stopped and marks the chapters you have read. It is for reading on screen: it is not a PDF or a book, and printing is switched off.
Read a sample chapterYes. Each guide is written for one university's admission test and covers every section of it, mapped to the official syllabus. It has worked examples, concept checks and practice questions with explained answers.
How the guides are madeMost guides and question banks are in English. Some are in Italian, Spanish or German, and a few use two languages. Each university's page shows which. Switching the site's language changes the pages around them, not the guide or the questions.
Filter the guides by languageEach university's page lists the official sources its exam facts were checked against, and the date of the latest check. The guide is loaded fresh every time you open it, so a correction reaches you during your 12 months at no extra cost.

Exam simulator
You build a session from your university's own subjects and topics, then choose how to sit it:
- Timed: like the exam, with no feedback until you submit.
- Tutor: the explanation straight after each answer.
- Review: practise with the answers visible as you go.
- Full mock: the whole paper, timed and marked the way the real exam is.
Yes. Each university has its own question bank, written to its exam's subjects, topics and number of answer options, and every question comes with a full explanation. Each university's page says how many questions its bank holds.
See the simulatorYes, in your account. Review shows each session's score, your time and every question you missed, explained. Study Path ranks your weakest topics and gives each one a drill. Questions you get wrong become flashcards that come back after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days.
Try it in the demoThe AI tutor in every Complete Admissions System. She explains any question you've answered, starting from its official explanation, explains a whole topic, debriefs any session in which you answered 10 questions or more, and comments on your interview answers, in the language you use the site in. You have 40 requests a day. She can be wrong: where she disagrees with the official explanation, trust the explanation.

Interview simulator
The 22 universities whose admission includes an interview of some kind. It follows each one's real format: MMI stations, a personal or panel interview, a science viva or a written situational-judgement test. It comes with that university's Complete Admissions System. A university that doesn't interview has none.
See the interview simulatorYou answer out loud, or in writing for a written test. AI assesses the answer against the station's own criteria: a score and feedback for each one, your transcript with its strong and weak moments marked, and a model answer to compare. You can have 10 answers graded a day. If an answer can't be graded, you are told why and your answer is kept. You never get an invented score.
See the interview simulatorIt is sent securely to OpenAI, which transcribes and analyses it. We never store the recording. OpenAI may keep it for up to 30 days to check for misuse, then deletes it, and does not use it to train its models. Your transcript and feedback are saved to your account, visible only to you, and you can delete your interview history at any time.

Video course
Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Reasoning, as far as your university's exam tests them. Each lesson is an animated explanation with narration. You can save lessons for review and take notes tied to a moment in a lesson, and the course tracks your progress and gives you a certificate when you finish.
See the video coursesYes, if its admission test can be sat in English, because the lessons are narrated in English only. That is 39 of the 52 universities. The course comes with that university's Complete Admissions System, and its page shows how many lessons and hours it has.
Find your university's courseNo. Lessons play in your browser while you are signed in, for the 12 months of your access, so you need an internet connection. The few lessons still being made are listed as “Soon”.

MedChance, MedMatch and MedApply
A free diagnostic: a short set of real questions from one university's own question bank, matched to its exam. From your score it estimates your chance of admission as a range, where there is enough data to give one. You don't need an account.
Check your chancesA free way to build a shortlist. It ranks schools on what you ask for, judged on recorded facts: country, teaching language, fees, city size and the subjects each exam tests. Fit and odds are two separate figures, and the odds come only from your own MedChance result for that school.
Find your matchMedApply turns your shortlist into an application plan: the documents, dates and steps for each university. Building the plan and reading every checklist is free. Ticking tasks off, notes and tracking open for a university with its Complete Admissions System. Signed in, your plan is saved to your account.
Build your planYes, for free. From the admissions calendar or a university's exam guide, ask to be emailed when its applications open, before they close and when its exam date is published. You confirm your address first, unless it is the one you are signed in with.

Account and access
Not to look around, try the demo or use MedChance and MedMatch. You need one to buy, because your purchase is attached to it. Sign up with an email and password, or with Google.
Create an accountIt starts as soon as Stripe confirms your payment and lasts 12 months from the day you buy. When the 12 months are up, access stops. Nothing is charged automatically.
Prices by universityEverything works in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, so there is no app to install. Sign in on any device and your progress is there. Your account is for you alone: sharing it is against our terms.
Terms of ServiceThe site is in English, Italian, Spanish and German: switch in the menu or at the foot of any page. Jade answers in the language you are using. Guides and questions keep their own language, the video lessons are in English, and our Terms, Privacy and Refund policies are in English and Italian.
Browse the universitiesYou can create an account from age 14. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian has to make the purchase or authorise it.
For parentsYes. Once you have bought a university, your Account page has a personal invite link. A friend who buys with it gets a discount on their first university, and for each friend who buys you can claim a university free for 12 months, up to the limit shown there. An invite discount is not added to the bundle discount: the larger one applies.
