UniCamillus does not publish its EU results for Medicine and Surgery in English as a list: each candidate looks up their own result with a personal code, so there is no EU cut-off score to read. What it does publish says a great deal. The year's 425 EU places were offered over four rounds, and the calls for the later rounds still had 120, then 92, then 66 places to fill. Its two non-EU ranking lists, scored out of 120 on a written reasoning test and an oral, ended with every ranked candidate admitted: 251 in the first round, down to 24 points, and 138 in the second, down to 41.

In short

  • There is no published EU cut-off: UniCamillus gives each EU candidate their own result by code and publishes no ranking list. A candidate needs at least 9 out of 90 to be eligible at all.
  • The EU places did not fill early. The first call offered 425 places; the calls that followed still had 120 (April), 92 (July) and 66 (October) places for new candidates, the last with a test on 19 November 2026.
  • Non-EU candidates are ranked separately, out of 120: up to 51 for a written reasoning test and up to 69 for an oral. Those scores cannot be compared with the EU test's 90.
  • On both non-EU lists every ranked candidate was admitted. In the first round the amended list marks all 251 admitted, against 225 places, down to 24 points; in the second, 86 were admitted and a scroll on 9 July admitted the other 52, down to 41.
  • So in 2026/27 the score decided the order, not who got in: on the evidence published, the bar was finishing the test and, on the EU side, reaching 9 points.

Everything here comes from UniCamillus's own documents: the four EU calls and two non-EU calls for 2026/27, the amended first non-EU ranking list, the second list and its scroll, and the admission-calls page, read on 21 October 2026. No candidate's code or date of birth is reproduced.

This covers the six-year Medicine and Surgery degree UniCamillus teaches in English at its Rome campus, with its EU calls and its separate calls for non-EU citizens resident abroad. It does not cover the Italian-taught Medicine and Surgery at Rome, Venice or Cefalù, which has its own calls.

Is there a UniCamillus cut-off score? What 2026 shows

A cut-off score is the score of the last candidate given a place, and it can only be read from a ranking list. UniCamillus publishes one for its non-EU calls, but not for its EU calls, whose results each candidate sees privately. The table reads both non-EU lists at the last position within the call's places and at their last row; on both, every ranked candidate ended up admitted, so the lowest score admitted is simply the lowest score on the list.

Non-EU scores out of 120 (written up to 51, oral up to 69); EU scores out of 90. The EU places are those each call states; the EU results are given to each candidate by personal code.

The EU rounds: four calls, and the places each still offered

UniCamillus admits EU candidates to Medicine and Surgery in English through a series of calls, each with its own online test and results. The first call offered 425 places: the first 425 on its results could pre-enrol, and positions 426 to 475 could pre-enrol with reservation, confirmed if places were left. Each later call opens with the places still available 'acknowledging the previous admission calls': 120 in April, 92 in July and 66 in October.

The test is the same each time: 60 questions in English, +1.5 for a correct answer, −0.25 for a wrong one and 0 for a blank, out of 90. A candidate scoring at least 10% of the maximum, 9 points, is eligible; below that a candidate cannot enrol under any circumstances. UniCamillus does not say how many sat each round or what they scored, so the falling number of places is the only public measure of how each round filled.

A later call's places are what was left after the earlier rounds' enrolments and withdrawals; the difference between two calls is net, not the number enrolled in a round.

Why the non-EU scores go past 90

The non-EU calls use a different test. The written part is an online reasoning test (Internet Reasoning Test, IRT-3) of 51 questions, 17 each on verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning, one point each; the oral, in English and online, covers general culture and notions of biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics, scored from 0 to 69. The two add up to 120, and a candidate who does not sit both parts has no valid score.

So a non-EU 41 out of 120 and an EU score out of 90 measure different things on different scales, and neither can be converted into the other.

The two non-EU lists, position by position

Plotted against position, the two lists run close together, the second a little lower: the first round's median was 79 and the second's 76.5. The first list's 225th, the last within its 225 places, scored 56, and its last, the 251st, 24; the second list's 83rd, the last within its 83 places, scored 72, and its last, the 138th, 41.

How the 2026 non-EU scores were spread

Most candidates on both lists scored between 50 and 100 out of 120. The first round had 23 candidates at 100 or more and 9 below 50; the second, smaller round 15 and 7.

Ties and the order of the list

The non-EU calls break equal scores by the oral first, then by the younger candidate; the EU calls by the five humanitarian questions first, then by the younger candidate. On the second non-EU list the line of admitted candidates fell inside a tie: positions 85 to 91 all scored 71, and the first 86 were admitted, the rest only after the scroll.

With every ranked candidate admitted in the end, the order mattered for when a place came, not whether.

What this means for a 2027 applicant

UniCamillus had not published its 2027/28 calls on 21 October 2026, and the last 2026/27 EU round, with 66 places, holds its test on 19 November 2026. If 2027/28 runs like 2026/27, an EU candidate needs at least 9 out of 90 to be eligible, and the number of places left in each later call is the best public sign of how hard a round is to get into.

For a non-EU candidate the oral matters most: it carries 69 of the 120 points and breaks ties. Neither list of 2026/27 turned a ranked candidate away, but that is one year's evidence, not a rule.

Questions

What is the UniCamillus cut-off score?

For EU candidates none is published: UniCamillus gives each candidate their result by personal code. The rule it does publish is the eligibility minimum, 9 out of 90. On the 2026/27 non-EU lists, scored out of 120, every ranked candidate was admitted, the last at 24 in the first round and 41 in the second.

What is the minimum score for UniCamillus medicine?

On the EU test, 10% of the maximum: 9 out of 90. A candidate below it cannot enrol under any circumstances. The non-EU calls set no minimum; a candidate must sit both the written test and the oral to have a valid score.

Does UniCamillus publish its ranking?

Not for EU candidates, who look up their own result with the code given at registration. For non-EU candidates it publishes the ranking lists, with codes, dates of birth, scores and results.

How many places does UniCamillus have for Medicine in English?

In 2026/27 the first EU call offered 425 places and the first non-EU call 225. Later calls offered the places still available: 120, 92 and 66 for EU candidates, and 83 for non-EU candidates.

Is it easy to get into UniCamillus?

On 2026/27's published evidence, places outnumbered candidates in the later rounds: the EU calls still had places to fill in October, and both non-EU lists admitted every ranked candidate. That is one year; places and demand can change.

Why are UniCamillus non-EU scores out of 120?

Because the non-EU calls add an oral: a written reasoning test out of 51 plus an oral out of 69. The EU test is out of 90, so the two scales cannot be compared.

Method

The two non-EU ranking lists and the scroll were read in full from the PDFs linked on UniCamillus's admission-calls page: each row's position, score and result, checked to run from the first to the last position without a gap and in descending order. The scroll's 52 rows are positions 87 to 138 of the second list, with the same scores. The four EU calls and two non-EU calls were read for places, dates, scoring and the eligibility rule, and the admission-calls page for the publication of results.

The page shows counts, positions, bands and places only; candidate codes and dates of birth, which the lists print, are not reproduced.

The data

The aggregates behind every table and chart on this page: the two 2026/27 non-EU ranking lists as score counts with their admitted and eligible totals, the scroll, and the EU calls with their places and dates. No candidate-level data.
