IvyTest prepares students for the entrance exams that 52 medical schools in 14 European countries set themselves. Each university is sold as its own Complete Admissions System: a study guide and an exam simulator built for that exam, plus video lessons and interview practice where that exam calls for them.
Our story
From first-hand experience to focused preparation.
IvyTest was founded by students who went through the admissions process for Italy's private medical schools and saw a clear gap: the available preparation materials were either too generic, poorly structured, or simply outdated. Applicants were left piecing together resources that didn't reflect the actual exams they would sit.
We set out to build something different — preparation tools that are precise, current, and designed specifically for each university. Not a general science review, but a focused system that mirrors the real exam conditions, topics, and formats that candidates encounter at Humanitas, Cattolica, San Raffaele, and other leading institutions.
Today IvyTest covers 52 medical schools across Europe, from Italy's English-taught programmes to Prague, Warsaw, Budapest and Madrid, with one Complete Admissions System and one price for each university.
IvyTest is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any university, ministry or exam body. Each university alone decides who is admitted, and no preparation can guarantee a place. The free exam guides, the MedChance diagnostic and the live demo need no payment and no account.
Our approach

Syllabus-mapped
Every question, explanation, and study section is built directly from each university's published syllabus. We don't adapt generic material — we start from the source.
Exam-specific
Each of the 52 exams has its own format, subjects, timing and marking. Every guide and every mock exam follows its own university's paper, not a generic one.
Checked every week
Admissions rules change every cycle. The official pages each guide cites are re-read every week, and nothing on the site changes until a person has checked the new wording.
