UniCamillus past papers: what exists and what to use instead
Checked against Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences (UniCamillus)'s official pages on 27 October 2026. No 2027/28 call had been published on 27 October 2026; the last 2026/27 round (Rector's Decrees No. 639 and 640, test on 19 November 2026) was open.

Candidates look for UniCamillus past papers, a sample PDF, the 'test anni precedenti'. UniCamillus does not publish them: its Admission Calls page holds calls, guides and results, and no paper. What it does publish is the call of each round, whose Annex A is the syllabus, and it sponsors a free practice app. This page sets out what exists, what to be careful with, and how to practise in the current format.
In short
- No official past paper or sample test appears on UniCamillus's site, in English or Italian. The test is prepared for each round by Selexi Srl, the company the calls appoint.
- After the results, each candidate can view their own test with the credentials in the last email before the test day; that is a personal view, not a publication.
- The format changed in 2026/27: 10 logic, 15 Biology, 15 Chemistry, 15 Physics and 5 humanitarian questions, against 15, 10, 10, 10, 5 Mathematics and 10 humanitarian in 2025/26.
- For practice in the current format: Annex A, the free app UniCamillus sponsors, and IvyTest's free 60-question paper, in English and in Italian.

Files sold or shared online as 'UniCamillus past papers' cannot be checked against anything UniCamillus has published. Treat them as practice questions of unknown origin.
Watch the date of anything you practise with
Old material is a trap here, because UniCamillus changed its test between the 2025/26 and 2026/27 cycles. Comparing the calls of both years:

Both years: 60 questions in 60 minutes, five options, +1.5, −0.25 and 0, out of 90. The 2027/28 calls are not out; they could change the split again.
How to practise without past papers

Read Annex A first
It is short and it is the whole syllabus. Tick off each topic of Biology, Chemistry and Physics as you cover it.

Sit one full paper as a diagnostic
60 questions, 60 minutes, no calculator, two sheets of paper. Score it with +1.5, −0.25 and 0, and each science against 9 correct out of 15.

Drill by subject
Use topic practice, from the app or elsewhere, on the science furthest from 9 of 15 and on logic. Check that the questions have five options.

Finish with timed full papers
In the last month, full papers at home in the conditions of the real test, reviewed the same day: every wrong answer and every blank.
IvyTest's free practice paper
Practice paper 1 has 60 questions in the 2026/27 split, 10 logic and reading comprehension, 15 Biology, 15 Chemistry, 15 Physics and 5 on the humanitarian mission, each with five options and a full explanation. Its Italian page sets the same questions in Italian, for the Italian-taught course. It was written by IvyTest against Annex A; it is not an official UniCamillus paper and contains no question from a real test.
Questions
Does UniCamillus publish past papers?
No. On 27 October 2026 UniCamillus's site had no past paper and no official sample test, in English or Italian. It publishes each round's call, whose Annex A is the syllabus, and sponsors a free practice app.
Can I see my own UniCamillus test after the exam?
Yes. The 2026/27 calls say the last email before the test gives credentials to view your test, which becomes available after the results are published. Keep that email.
Is the practice app on UniCamillus's site official?
UniCamillus sponsors it and links it from its site, and its Italian page calls its simulations official. They are practice tests, not past papers; IvyTest has not checked their content.
Where can I find UniCamillus questions in Italian?
IvyTest's practice paper 1 has an Italian page with all 60 questions in Italian, in the format of the Italian-course call; UniCamillus's sponsored app also covers the Italian-taught Medicine test.
