Campus Bio-Medico past papers: what exists, and the official simulator
Checked against the Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma's official pages on 27 October 2026. UCBM had not published its 2027/28 call for Medicine and Surgery and MedTech on 27 October 2026; every rule and date quoted is from the 2026/27 calls, which apply to 2026/27 only.

The Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma (UCBM) does not publish its past admission tests, and no sample paper is on its admissions pages. The questions are drawn at random from an archive of questions UCBM commissions. What it does give a registered candidate is an online simulator of the written test and, after the test, a view of the paper they sat. This page explains what each of those is, what to practise from instead, and what IvyTest's free practice paper is.
In short
- No past papers and no sample test for the Medicine and Surgery and MedTech test appear on UCBM's admissions pages, the 2026/27 calls or the admissions FAQ.
- The calls say the questions are drawn at random, by a qualified external body, from an archive of questions commissioned by UCBM.
- Registering for the test opens an online simulator on the registration platform, which the admissions FAQ says can be used until test day.
- After the test each candidate can view the paper they sat, with their score and the number of right, wrong and blank answers, using credentials given out on the day.
Why there are no official past papers
Article 6 of the 2026/27 call says the questions are extracted from an archive of questions commissioned by the Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, through a randomised procedure run by a qualified external body appointed for the purpose. The call publishes the syllabus (Annex C), not the questions, and no admissions page offers previous tests to download, as a PDF or otherwise.
Files sold or shared as "Campus Bio-Medico past papers" are therefore not published by UCBM. IvyTest does not reproduce official questions; the questions on this site are written by IvyTest.
The official simulator, and seeing your own paper
- Registering for the test gives access to "an online simulator of the admission test, as a tool for preparation and self-assessment" (call, Art. 1). Article 5 adds that it is available on the registration platform for practice.
- The admissions page links it as "Link to the simulator", which opens UCBM's test registration portal. The admissions FAQ says you can also reach it by logging in to the portal, and use it until the day of the test.
- The portal serves all four of UCBM's medical-area tests: Medicine and Surgery and MedTech in English, Medicina e Chirurgia and Odontoiatria in Italian.
- After the test, the "View your results" link shows the paper you sat, with your score and the number of correct, wrong or multiple, and blank answers. You log in with the credentials printed on the slip given out on test day.
No public page says how many questions the simulator holds or whether they come from the same archive as the test. The English translation of the call also mentions comparing your result with other candidates'; the Italian text, which prevails, does not.
What to practise from instead
These are IvyTest's suggestions for building a question bank without official past papers.
01
Start from Annex C
Every question is drawn against the call's syllabus. Use it as the checklist for whatever questions you practise on, and drop material on topics it does not list.
02
Use the official simulator as soon as you register
It is the only practice UCBM itself provides. Registration for the 2026/27 test opened on 29 October 2025, more than three months before the test.
03
Choose question banks with care
Material for UCBM's Italian-taught Medicina e Chirurgia test fits the content: in the 2026/27 Italian calls its syllabus is word for word this test's Annex C. But its questions are in Italian. Banks for other schools' tests, heavy on logic, cover sections this test does not have.
04
Practise in the real format
Five options, 60 questions in 100 minutes, no calculator, scored +1, −0.2 and 0. A bank in another format teaches the content but not the pace or the decisions.
IvyTest's free practice paper
IvyTest's Campus Bio-Medico practice paper 1 has 60 questions in the format of the 2026/27 call: 20 Biology, 20 Chemistry and 20 Physics, five options each, to sit in 100 minutes without a calculator and score with +1, −0.2 and 0. Every question was written by IvyTest against Annex C and every answer is explained. It is not an official UCBM paper and contains no official question.
Questions
Where can I find Campus Bio-Medico past papers?
UCBM does not publish them. Its 2026/27 call says the questions are drawn at random from an archive of questions it commissions, and its admissions pages offer no previous tests or sample paper.
Is the Campus Bio-Medico simulator free?
The calls make it available to everyone who registers for the test, with no separate charge mentioned; registration itself cost €170 per degree in 2026/27 (€100 for non-EU candidates resident abroad). The admissions FAQ says it can be used until test day.
Can I see my Campus Bio-Medico test after sitting it?
Yes. With the credentials given out on test day, the "View your results" link on the admissions page shows the paper you sat, your score and how many answers were correct, wrong or blank.
Are IvyTest's Campus Bio-Medico questions real exam questions?
No. They are written by IvyTest in the format of the call and against its syllabus. IvyTest is independent of the Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and does not reproduce official questions.
