Cattolica Medicine fee calculator
Cattolica's own fee simulator leaves out the Faculty of Medicine, so this one applies the Faculty's rules from the 2026/27 first-year fee regulation. Medicine and Surgery in English and MedTec cost a fixed €18,150 a year. Medicina e chirurgia and Odontoiatria, taught in Italian, charge two fixed instalments plus a contribution set by your family's income. The 2027/28 regulation is not out yet.

- Reddito equivalente = net family income ÷ a divisor for the family's size: 0.60 for one person, 0.75 for two, 0.88 for three, 1.00 for four, 1.17 for five, 1.33 for six, 1.47 for seven, 1.59 for eight, and 0.12 more for each person beyond that.
- The contribution is €2,400 up to €24,000 of reddito equivalente; €2,400 plus 16.8% of the part above €24,000 up to €40,000; €5,088 plus 14% above €40,000 up to €80,000; €10,688 plus 10.8% above €80,000 up to €100,000; €13,198 plus 0.1% above €100,000 up to €150,000; and €14,098 above €150,000. That puts the Italian-taught year between €6,900 and €18,598 before the regional tax.
- The first instalment includes €130 of the Lombardy regional tax. The tax is €130, €160 or €190 by ISEE; any balance is added to the fourth instalment, for the fixed-fee courses too. Without an ISEE uploaded by 23 December 2026 it is €190.
- The reductions in §5.2 of the regulation (siblings, working students and other family situations) are not included here, and they do not apply to the fixed-fee courses.
- Cattolica works out the real figure from the REDD1/A form you fill in after enrolling. This is an estimate from the published rules.
