How much does Medicine at CEU San Pablo cost?
CEU San Pablo publishes Medicine's price on its 2026/27 fees page, the same for the Spanish and the bilingual group. The first year comes to €24,500: the place reservation fee (€3,300, paid once on entry and not refunded), enrolment (€1,700) and 60 credits at €325 (€19,500, in nine monthly payments from October to June, about €2,167 a month).

Fees for students starting in 2027/28 are not published yet, and the university says they can change before each enrolment. The admission-process fee is paid for each sitting you take; no public page gives its amount.

Medicine places at CEU San Pablo
The degree page offers 200 first-year places, the figure Spain's university register (RUCT) gives the Madrid centre, taught in Spanish and English: a bilingual group started in 2026/27. The process also keeps 1 place for graduates of other fields (with the exam) and 6 for health-science graduates (no exam, average of 7 or more); the register does not say whether they sit inside the 200.
No cut-off is published. The waiting list the university posted on 9 September 2026 ranked 467 candidates for the Spanish group and 85 for the bilingual one, by anonymous code.
Curriculum
The Medicine curriculum at CEU San Pablo
The 2025 plan has 360 ECTS credits over six years: 90 basic, 195 compulsory, 6 optional, 61 of external placements and 8 for the final project. Years 1 and 2 cover the basic sciences with lab work; from year 3 teaching is theoretical and practical in hospital, with a personal tutor for clinical placements, and years 4 to 6 add specific MIR preparation.

Clinical placements start in year 3 in the Faculty's linked hospitals: Vithas Pardo-Aravaca, VIAMED, Beata María Ana, Memorial Publio Cordón, HM Hospitales, Rey Juan Carlos, Virgen de la Torre and Guadarrama, plus the campus's own simulation hospital.
Scholarships
CEU Merit Medicine scholarships
The 2026/27 CEU Merit Medicine rules award up to 10 scholarships of 100% of tuition (not the reservation, enrolment or admission fees) to the best access marks of 8.5 or more, with no application. They are kept at 85%, 60% or 40% for a record above 8, 7.5 or 7, lost below 7, and repaid if you transfer out. The general CEU Merit scholarships exclude Medicine candidates.
Transfers
Transferring to Medicine at CEU San Pablo
If you already study Medicine elsewhere you can ask to transfer without the exam. At least 30 credits must be recognised and no more than 60% of the degree (the admission PDF caps it at 144 credits), and no record with a subject failed at an exhausted 4th sitting is accepted. The provisional recognition report costs €150 and each recognised credit €40. The 2027/28 admission PDF opens the route on 11 January 2027 (the web page says 8 January), with documents by 4 June and admissions from 17 June.

Where is CEU San Pablo's Medicine?
On the Montepríncipe campus, Avenida de Montepríncipe s/n, 28668 Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), next to the simulation hospital. Buses 571, 573 and 574 and the Metro Ligero L3 serve it.

What exists is data: in the 2025 employment survey (2022-23 cohort) 50 of 147 graduates answered; 92% of those looking for work had a job, all of them related, they rated the degree 7.96 and 86% would choose it again. QS's 2026 subject table for Medicine lists 'CEU Universities' in the 701-850 band; QS ranks the CEU universities together, not the Faculty.

It's based in Madrid, Spain's largest and most expensive student city, but with the widest range of housing options and transport links in the country.

Partly. CEU offers the degree in Spanish or in a bilingual modality, with some credits taught in Spanish and others in English, and you can apply to one or both, naming your first choice. The bilingual route needs at least 7/10 in the English test plus proof of B2 Spanish before admission. Every candidate sits a separate English test on admission day. CEU doesn't state the language of the Biology and Chemistry test, so confirm it when you apply.
