Semmelweis does not publish past papers of its entrance exam. What it does offer is a short sample of the online test, the official topic list and four recommended textbooks. This page explains each, and where to find full-length practice in the same format.
In short

Why there are no Semmelweis past papers
The written tests are taken online, on Semmelweis's Moodle, on dates spread from early in the year to the end of June. Semmelweis publishes none of the questions afterwards, and its entrance-exam page lists no past papers among the material it offers.
Its 2026/27 Admission Rules add a warning about the topic list that applies to anything sold as 'real questions': the topics 'are not actual questions at the exams but are intended as a guide and orientation for preparation'. Prepare for the topics, not for a set of remembered questions.

The sample test, like the exam, can only be attempted in Safe Exam Browser, installed from the Moodle page of the tests, with no more than one display. Trying it is also a good way to check your computer before the real exam.
Full-length practice in the same format
The official sample is short. To practise the real thing you need full tests: four tests of 20 questions, each on its own 20-minute clock, answered in order with no going back, and a calculator only in Medical Chemistry.

How to use practice papers well

Sit it as on the day
Four separate 20-minute tests, one after another, no going back to an earlier question, and the calculator only in Medical Chemistry.

Score it honestly
Count correct answers, and also wrong ones: a wrong answer costs a fraction of a point at Semmelweis, so note how many you would have lost.

Read every explanation
For each wrong answer, note why: a topic you did not know, a question you misread, or time running out. Each needs a different fix.

Go back to the topic list
Turn every gap into a topic from the official list and study it from the recommended textbooks before the next paper.

Are the questions in the Semmelweis topic list the exam questions?
No. The topic list names topics, not questions, and Semmelweis's Admission Rules say the topics are a guide for preparation and not the actual exam questions.
