How it's scored
- Total points
- 60: up to 30 points for each subject (Правилник, Art. 18)
- Admission score
- 100 points: the exam's 60 plus up to 40 from your secondary-school grades (the sum of each school year's average grade, multiplied by two). On a tie, the higher exam score ranks first (Rulebook for studies in English, Art. 20)
- Acceptance mark (Medicine)
- 21 of 60 (35% of the paper)
- Acceptance mark (Dental Medicine and Nursing)
- 14 of 60: on the same examination for Dental Medicine; Nursing in English sets Human Anatomy and Human Physiology instead
- Per-subject minimum
- None. The rule uses only the total score and the ranking place: there is no separate Biology or Chemistry threshold
- Answer options
- 4, one correct (three wrong options on every question)
- Correct answer
- Not yet publishedNot published as a per-question figure. IvyTest infers +1 from the 30-points-per-30-questions structure; the Rulebook states only the 0-30 per-subject range
- Incorrect answer
- Not yet publishedNot published. No penalty rule appears on the entrance-exam page or in the scoring articles of either Rulebook (Art. 18 and 19 of the entrance-exam Rulebook, Art. 19 and 20 of the Rulebook for studies in English); IvyTest infers 0 from that silence, which is an inference, not a rule
- Unanswered question
- Not yet publishedNot published. IvyTest infers 0
- Ranking
- Passing the mark is necessary but not sufficient: among candidates who pass, places are filled in rank order of total admission score up to the quota published for that enrolment period. The Admissions and Entrance exam pages still say the ranking is based on the written entrance exam score, but the Rulebook (Art. 20) and the published 9 October 2026 list add the school grades
- Question bank
- Each test is put together from a question bank at least 10 times larger than the number of questions on the exam (Rulebook for studies in English, Art. 17)
- Reserve questions
- Not yet publishedNeither the entrance-exam page nor either Rulebook mentions reserve or replacement questions; left open rather than assumed to be zero
- OFA (additional learning requirement)
- Not applicable: there is no Italian-style OFA mechanism at Niš and no per-subject remedial threshold
- Calculator
- Not yet publishedNot specified in the official materials. Prepare to calculate by hand
